One thing is the #Predictable. The other is #Scalability: what you’re working IN and what you’re working ON.
It means that 90% of your business must be predictable and about 10% scalable.
The difficulty is those 10% that we forget to follow.
Never forget what Jeff Bezos said: “It’s always Day One”!
Experts say that you can have the Highest possibilities to Explode your Business if you have:
. Product; You can have the Best Product of the World. This product can blow up. But don’t forget the best products don’t always win because sometimes they don’t scale.
. Personality; If you die, if you are ill, then what happens to your business? Well, if you die, you’re business dies. If you’re business is 100% based on your personality, it’s not scalable. And if it is, you’re not going to live, 100% of your business is your life and that’s not good. You just work and without joy.
. System. This is what allows you to Scale. That’s where you must work the most part of your time, because it’s produces results of the Product (IN) that you have and based ON your Personality.
In conclusion:
A business with a good System that you put IN place, with your Best Product and based ON a decent Personality, is 100% Scalable.
So the Scheme must be the other way around:
1. System
2. Product
3. Personality

So you got to make sure that you Scale it!
If you have Scalability, you can always upgrade and upsell your business. Buyers will buy continuously. So what are you waiting for to drive your business to the next level?
Are you a #Driver or not? If you’re not a Driver, you won’t survive. That’s your difference among others. It won’t work if you don’t drive it. So, a good System doesn’t work if you don’t have a good Driver to Scale.
Become an expert in your product with lots of personality.
But be aware that a good Driver does not always have the Best Personality, and maybe he’s not obliged to. Coachs must have Personality. Drivers knows how to run a business, how to run a meeting, how to run a vendor behind all that nobody sees.
A Driver is only happy when the business scales, so he's not fullfilled, they want more and more everyday, they think BIG. Amazon scales because they have a #BIG THINKER. They celebrate but it’s never enough, do you understand what I mean?
You are in an everyday search for the Highest Return and the #Optimal Solution. That’s what Scale is. Are you capable or not? Not always? No problem. Hire the Best to do it! Remember: Fail to #Delegate, fail to #Scale!
A person that can ask himself: _ if I do this or that, what can I do to solve an issue within 6 or 12 months from now? Only the optimal solution can bring you the #Highest Return.
Pain is always there, but they struggle, they are fighters. They give the body to the bullets! Even if they get beaten! _ Let's do it, let's hire... This is their speech. They rarely ask. Nor is it part of their nature. They never throw money out of the window. On the contrary, they say: _ we will increase another 20% or 30% of sales.
Well, you can always scale something, but the big difference from Medium Drivers to Great Drivers is #LEVERAGE. This is not for everybody.
If you’re worried all the time with how to avoid spending money, you don’t have Leverage. So, you have to understand what is the right moment to invest, to spend your money-wisely, even if that hurts you, but it’s inevitable. Leverage is Power. It takes courage. It's only for the tough.
So, what is #Scaling in Business?
Experts say that “When companies scale, on the other hand, they add revenue at a faster rate than they take on new costs. A company that is scaling may gain $50,000 in new revenue for which they spent only $5,000 on marketing automation tools to allow more efficient #marketing to a wider audience”.
Scaling an organization requires planning, some funding and the right systems, staff, processes, technology and partners.

Add resources, use marketing tools of the last generation, define and embrace your differentiators, maximize your presence online, engage your customers, be different and never repeat your content, make sure your team is ready.
